Made-to-Order Policy At MU-NI, each piece is a unique creation, hand-refined through digital craftsmanship and printed only when you place an order. Because all products are custom-made specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience (such as choosing the wrong size, color, or changing your mind). Please ensure you review your order and size charts carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@munijapanstudio.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items As each item is uniquely crafted upon order, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges because our products are produced on demand. If you have any questions about sizing or specifications, please contact us before ordering.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with local regulations. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
