Digital Craftsmanship & Production Time Each MU-NI piece is a unique creation, hand-refined through our digital process and printed only when you place an order. Because we prioritize quality and "unique" (MU-NI) finishes, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our partner facilities. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:
* USA: 3–7 business days
* Canada: 10–20 business days
* Europe & UK: 5–21 business days
* Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
* Rest of the World: 10–30 business days Please note: These are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your artwork's journey directly through the link provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Important Note for EU & International Customers: Please be aware that MU-NI Japan Studio does not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) at checkout for Shopify orders. All prices are exclusive of local taxes.
As a result, customers in the EU, UK, and other international regions will be responsible for paying the applicable VAT and any administrative fees directly to their local customs office or postal service upon delivery.
